Our newest Telstra Shop in Port Lincoln will be a leading Telstra supplier of mobile solutions and we are looking for a strong retail manager with previous experience to drive & support the sales team. Previous experience in Telecommunications would be an advantage.
Your responsibility in this role you will be to
- Drive the business with sales and exceed monthly KPI\'s
- Coach, lead and develop the team into a strong cohesive sales force
- Administration, Rosters, Budgets, Sales Reports
For your hard work you will be rewarded with an excellent base salary inclusive of Super + lucrative commissions.
